These terms are an agreement between you and ByteBuddy Academy ("we", "us"), the maker of ByteMorph at bytemorph.app. By creating an account or using ByteMorph, you agree to them. If you use ByteMorph for a business, you agree for that business.
Your account
- You need a valid email address and must be old enough to make a contract where you live.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One person per account. Tell us at support@example.com if you think someone else has access.
What you can and can't do
Use ByteMorph to make videos of websites and other work you have the right to show. Do not:
- upload or record anything illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone's rights;
- record websites you are not allowed to show, or use the website recorder to overload or attack a site;
- try to get around plan limits, break or probe our security, or resell the service without our permission;
- use ByteMorph to send spam or mislead people.
We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove content that does.
Your content
You own what you upload and the videos you make. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run ByteMorph for you (for example to show previews and let you export). We don't use your content for advertising, and we don't claim ownership of it. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and record.
Templates and designs we provide stay ours, but you can use them in the videos you make and publish those videos anywhere.
Plans, trials and payment
- New accounts get a free trial of Pro. When it ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
- Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, tax and invoices, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Prices can change; we will tell you before a change affects you.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings or the billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing you made is deleted when you downgrade.
- The lifetime deal is a one-time payment for Pro features for as long as ByteMorph runs, for a limited number of buyers.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep ByteMorph running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features. If we stop offering a paid feature you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice.
Liability
ByteMorph is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Closing your account
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.
